Debbie Jarman joined NINDS in December 1999 as a Management Analyst in the Office of the Director. Her prior experience was in the National Cancer Institute where she served in several administrative and supervisory positions, including Chief Administrative Officer for the Division of Extramural Activities. During her tenure at the NIH, Debbie participated in the STRIDE Program and earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from American University in 1985.
