Alice Louise Ritz, MBA

As a Clinical Research Program Manager in the Office of Clinical Research at NINDS, Ms. Ritz provides oversight and serves as a resource for the Institute and investigators in assuring that clinical research projects maintain appropriate levels of patient safety monitoring, scientific integrity, and financial management. She has a MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland and has been planning, directing, and coordinating large-scale clinical research projects for the Federal government and private industry for more than 25 years. Prior to joining NINDS, Ms. Ritz served as a Clinical Trials Program Coordinator for the National Institute of Mental Health for 10 years, where she played a key role in establishing clinical trials networks, Data and Safety Monitoring programs, and national biomedical information systems.
