Brief Description:
This program is designed to provide training and research opportunities for qualified, non-immigrant foreign scientists who
are currently residing outside the U.S. The applicant is required to have a doctoral degree (or its equivalent) in one of
the biomedical or behavioral sciences. The proposed research training must be within the broad scope of biomedical, behavioral,
or clinical research as it relates to neuroscience, and must offer an opportunity to enhance the fellow's understanding of
the health-related sciences and to extend his or her potential for a productive independent research career.
